Tasting Notes
Complex aroma, articulated with ripe and elegant white fruit with notes of ripe citrus. It presents notes of toast, dried fruits, and also a beautiful acidity to balance the whole. An almost salty touch at the end.

Winemaking
Fermentation in wood and aging in stainless steel and wood for 9 months.
