Purple in color, with toasted balsamic notes, ripe red fruits, with highlights of black cherries, raspberries and dried fruits, black currant leaves and spicy spices and licorice. Silky tannins with long finish.
Winemaking
Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing in wood and stainless steel for 12 months.
